Problems with terminal -tn setting TERM variable

Oh, I'm sorry, I misread. Well, then, that makes perfect sense. My
mistake, Igor. :)
Can anyone tell me who the xterm maintainer is? I was under the
impression that the entirety of Cygwin/X is unmaintained.
