ical not working with cygwin-1.5.21-1

Dear Cygwin,

I have updated my cygwin with the latest cygwin-1.5.21-1 version and 
somehow my old ical program not longer works.
In fact iCal no longer seems to be in the cygwin installation list.
Suggestions?
