Help to run Cygwin X

Hi,
 
I installed Cygwin with X and I am trying to run XWin on an XP Professional.
I am getting the following failure (from XWin.log):
 
(WW) /tmp mounted int textmode
_XSERVTransmkdir: ERROR: euid != 0,directory /tmp/.X11-unix will not be created.
