Pasting and copying between X and Windows

Greetings.

Now that I have beautiful connectivity between Windows and Linux through 
cygwin XWin, I would love to paste and copy between the two worlds.  I have 
googled the issue, but nothing seems to be very updated.  Everything seems 
to be old or has no real answer.

Is this possible?
