Pasting and copying between X and Windows

This is the command I am using to start XWin,

XWin -clipboard -query d-tuxedo

Here is the cygwin output:

and that is it.  Somehow, those Clipboard errors do not look correct...  By 
the way, I am able to paste within the XWin, but not from XWin to XP.

Any ideas?
