OpenGL or no OpenGL

This means that all OpenGl rendering is done in Software.
Work has been started to use OpenGl hardware acceleration, but it isn't finished. And nobody is working on it, afaik.
Direct/indirect rendering refers to where the server is running, on the same computer than the program that uses OpenGl (direct access to hardware) or with a network between them (indirect access to hardware).
