Lesstif cannot be found

Hi again,

I managed to find a mirror that had these files:
lesstif-0.95.0-2.tar.bz2
libXm2-0.95.0-2.tar.bz2
libXm-devel-0.95.0-2.tar.bz2

I have extracted them to cygwin folder and it still says:
configure: WARNING: Couldn't find Motif
configure: WARNING: -- You will be able to compile pdftops, pdftotext,
        pdfinfo, pdffonts, and pdfimages, but not xpdf or pdftoppm

If it helps to know cygcheck -l lesstif returns this:
