enquiry on the error message for the Release:6.8.99.901-4

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I am confused by the following error message generated each time when I start my
cygwin program: C:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin\startxwin.bat.

----Error Message displayed as followings------
A fatal error has occurred and Cygwin/X will now exit.
Please open /tmp/Xwin.log for more information.

Vendor: The Cygwin/X Project
Release: 6.8.99.901-4
Contact: cygwin-xfree@cygwin.com
XWin was started with the following command-line:

/usr/X11R6/bin/XWin -multiwindow -clipboard -silent-dup-error

Could you please let me know why this error message is displayed each time when
I run CygwinXFree86 and how to fix this problem?
