how to recompile XWin.exe ?

What command line params are useful for compiling xserver ?
    ./autogen.sh --prefix=/mypath ?
    ./autogen.sh --prefix=/mypath --disable-glx --disable-xinerama 
--disable-xevie --enable-builtin-fonts=no ?
