Trouble download xorg-x11-xwin-7.4-1

Greetings,

I have a trouble with install CygWin/X. When I selected package "xinit", list of dependency have a package xorg-x11-xwin/xorg-x11-xwin-7.4-1.tar.bz2
I can not download that package with setup.exe. 
I see in log-file >> get_url_to_file failed!
I'm using cygwin in Windows XP SP3.
