Blank title bars

	I'm running  1.5.3 (20090225) on XP, and have no such problem (don't know how to get the cygwin DLL version).  Are you perchance running Vista?  Best bet is to upgrade to the latest and see if the problem persists (you've tried rebooting, yes?).
