Problem installing cygwin/X on vista sp2 64bit

Yes I am using admin privileges.
I tried to use start>run C:\cygwin\bin\bash.exe -c/etc/postinstall/terminfo0.sh
But nothing happens (actually a black window opens for a second and then it closes)...
Any idea?

This is your problem.  The postinstall scripts are failing.  Are you installing
with administrator privileges?  If not, doing so may help.  Otherwise, you can
try running the command above from the command line and see if you get
more insight into why it failed.
