xterm not working

The new 1.7 xterm is.  The old 1.5 xterm is still termcap based.

1.5 only, and it breaks because the termcap file was NOT generated using
'-r' to limit the number of allowed ':tc=' options in a single termcap
definition.

Will be fixed soon.
