how to install XServer 1.6.0

[Edmund Spatzenegger]

I've tried to install XServer 1.6.0 but Cygwin setup only offers me 
1.5.3 (I've downloaded the latest version of setup.exe: 2.573.2.3).
Is there anything else I have to do?
