The following package has been updated for Cygwin 1.7:

* xorg-server-1.7.5-1
* xorg-server-1.7.99.901-1 (TEST)

This package contains XWin and the other X.Org X11 servers.

This is an update to the latest stable upstream release. A snapshot of
the 1.8 beta series has also been made available as a test release.

Support for the Composite extension has been fixed and re-enabled in
both versions. The Record extension is fixed and enabled in the 1.8
test release; this has been backported for the upcoming 1.7.6 stable
release as well.

The following patches has been added in the stable release:

- Added XWinrc FORCEEXIT option to exit without asking for confirmation.

- If system.XWinrc is malformed, ignore it and try ~/.XWinrc.

- Provide builtin menu configuration if no XWinrc is found.

- Remove logfile before writing to it. This is a partial workaround for
logging failures in multiuser setups.

- /etc/X11/system.XWinrc will no longer be uninstalled if modified.
