multiwindow and "always-on-top"

Hi, 
I start cygwin with "c:\cygwin\bin\XWin.exe -multiwindow -ac"
on WinXP and I can send X programs. Works! 

Now want that the programs rest "always-on-top".
Google detects not much about that item. Who can help?
