The following package has been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

*** xterm-275b-1

xterm is a terminal emulator for the X Window System. It provides DEC 
VT102 and Tektronix 4014 compatible terminals for programs that can't 
use the window system directly.

This release includes an upstream patch to fix command-line argument
parsing.  Any one who has reported xterm bugs recently is asked to test
this release and report back on the results.
