startx (xinit) & startxwin seems to hang, no logs created

It looks X is starting without a window manager.

try running from bash "/usr/bin/startxwin.exe"

PS:
1) the output of "cygcheck -s -v -r" must go as attachment not in line 
with the mail
2) trim the mail to bare when replying.
