[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: xorg-server-1.16.1-2

I just remembered that my version of xv has been modified to place the
current image filename in the X11 clipboard.  That might have been the
cause of the issue.

Regardless, my crashes seem to have gone away with this update.
Thanks for all the hard work on Cygwin X11!
