AFAIK, Cygwin tries to conform to the Single UNIX Specification (at
<http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/007908799/>). I don't think there
actually is a package containing separate manpages for these functions.
If you'd like to create and maintain one, I'd guess it would be well
received.
