xf_dx.dll source?

NO.  XFree86 Inc master source tree at XFree86.org does not incorporate
sources for supporting drivers.  Just on OS/2 you need a couple of drivers
and EMX to compile XFree86 and you need to those drivers and sources from
Holger Veit URL, xf_dx.dll sources are available from Cygwin/XFree URL 
look under drivers directory.
