They will also need ash & bash for the xterm; fileutils, and several
more. This discussion was had several times on the main cygwin list.

If a user _just wants_ the X server, no local X clients, thats another
matter - but until the cygwin setup supports package dependencies it is
much safer to just install all.

And if a user is expert, and willing to do mount points by hand etc,
then they don't install everything - but it becomes their choice so we
aren't supporting unknown or weird configurations.
