GL\glx.h not found

I just installed Cygwin/Xfree86 two days ago, so that
I can use the OpenGL libraries.

One of the C++ source file I was given from school,
requires GL\glx.h (which exists in my
C:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\include\GL directory).  But when I
compile the code, I get "...: GL\glx.h: No such file
or directory"  

How can I fix my problem? (the system should know the
file glx.h exists).  I'm I suppose to install
something additional.

I'm on windows 98
