problem with cygwin-xfree

Hi, I installed cygwin-xfree86 on my PC running Windows XP, following the online instructions step-by-step. I can run it, but can't use telnet or ssh (telnet.exe and ssh.exe cannot be found anywhere, and the /usr/bin directory is missing). I already tried reinstalling it, unsuccessfully. What could be going wrong?
