Hi, May not be related but.. I can confirm that the latest cygwin/xfree stuff now fails with the kde-cygwin 2.2.2 beta 1. It used to run like a dog anyway, but now freezes up. Eventually get in pretty crippled. I've got the startx log, if anyone interested? Colin
