Autoraise in Test77 multiwindow mode

It's a windows thing. Some application in windows do an autoraise on 
setfocus (eg. Borland C++ Builder). I think this is a option for the
windowclass of the application. In multiwindowmode fvwm is not running. 
It's the builtin window manager which would do such a thing.
