Define a foreign language keyboard in HP-Ux CDE, with the AltGr key?

Thank you Takuma,

I saw there is a big improvement since the latest version. Only I don't 
get the AltGr key working well. It is unclear to me whether it is XFree, 
CDE, or X-Windows....
