How to access html and pdf help from xfig

Thanks for xfig.  

The following changes will enable access to html and pdf help, 
using internet explorer and win32 acrobat reader.  The path to 
the windows applications will need to match your local setup.

1. Create a helper script /usr/local/bin/acroread

2. Create a helper script /usr/local/bin/iexplore

#!/bin/sh
IEXPLORE="/cygdrive/c/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe"
exec "${IEXPLORE}" `cygpath -w $1`

3.  Change /etc/X11/app-defaults/Fig

There may be a better may, but this works work me.
