Xwin fixed -- Setup blameless

The last comment on this subject was right on the money (but I can't find 
the message to reply to it).

I had not, in fact, run Setup to 'Install from Internet', but did it in 2 
steps via a local directory. I repeated the installation as a 1-step, and 
everything worked. It is not clear to me what the other option is there 
for, but never mind.
