The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

*** xorg-server-*1.13.2-2

These packages contain XWin and the other X.Org X11 servers.

The following cygwin-specific changes have been made since 1.13.2-1:

* Fix a bug in the -emulate3buttons code introduced in 1.13.1-1, which could
cause the emulated middle mouse button click to never be released.
