Missing X11 Libraries

/usr/X11R6/lib is obsolete, looks on /usr/lib
libXt.a is a static library, on cygwin we have only the dynamic version
/usr/lib/libXt.dll.a
that belongs to libXt-devel-1.1.4-1 package
