XKeysymDB environment variable properly set; still not getting keyboard responsiveness

Set XkeysymDB=c;\cygwin\usr\X11R6\lib\X11\XKeysymDB

that is what you need. and it should work.  unless your MOTIF
compiled binary has problems or your ENV are not being read properly.
