Argl. Of you need all (cygwin) X libraries if you want to use (cygwin) X
clients. The X Server (in your case X-Win32) is completely independent from
the clients. You can install the server in a different host, use a java 
X server or maybe exceed. The important fact is X clients require X libraries.
